Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Expiro, you agree to these Terms of Service. Expiro is operated by Elixon LTD, registered in England and Wales. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. The service

Expiro provides contract renewal tracking software as a subscription service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate information when registering
  • One account per company — you may not share accounts between organisations
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Expiro

4. Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable
  • You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months
  • Payments are processed by Stripe

5. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Expiro. We will not sell or share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Expiro for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other accounts
  • Reverse engineer or copy any part of the service
  • Use the service to store or transmit malicious code

7. Storage and file uploads

You may upload files to Expiro as attachments to your contracts. The following conditions apply:

  • Allowed file types: PDF, DOC, DOCX, PNG, JPG
  • Maximum file size: 10MB per file, up to 5 files per contract
  • Storage limits: 100MB on Starter, 500MB on Growth, 2GB on Agency
  • We reserve the right to remove files that violate these limits or our Acceptable Use policy

8. Limitation of liability

Expiro is provided "as is". Elixon LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
