1. Agreement

By using Expiro, you agree to these Terms of Service. Expiro is operated by Elixon LTD, registered in England and Wales. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. The service

Expiro provides contract renewal tracking software as a subscription service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must provide accurate information when registering
One account per company - you may not share accounts between organisations
You must be at least 18 years old to use Expiro

4. Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose
All prices are in USD and exclude VAT where applicable
You may cancel at any time - access continues until the end of your billing period
We do not offer refunds, including for partial months or unused time on an annual subscription. The free trial exists so that Expiro can be evaluated before payment
Payments are processed by Stripe

5. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Expiro. We will not sell or share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Expiro for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other accounts
Reverse engineer or copy any part of the service
Use the service to store or transmit malicious code

7. Storage and file uploads

You may upload files to Expiro as attachments to your contracts. The following conditions apply:

Allowed file types: PDF, DOC, DOCX, PNG, JPG
Maximum file size: 10MB per file, up to 5 files per contract
Storage limits: 100MB on Starter, 500MB on Growth, 2GB on Agency
We reserve the right to remove files that violate these limits or our Acceptable Use policy

8. Referral programme

Every account has a personal referral link on its Refer a business page. Every user of the account can share it. Expiro never contacts the people you invite - you send the link yourself.
A business that creates its account through your link gets a free trial of 60 days instead of 30.
You earn one free month when that business buys any paid plan and its first payment goes through. Signing up alone earns nothing, and each business can earn you a month only once.
A month is one month of your own plan: its monthly price if you pay monthly, one twelfth of the annual price if you pay yearly. It is taken off your next invoice as a line that says what it is for. Your renewal date does not move.
If you are on the free plan when you earn it, you get 30 days of the Starter plan at once instead, added to any such month already running. If you subscribe while it runs, the rest of it ends. If you are on a trial, your trial becomes 30 days longer.
You can earn up to 12 free months in any 12 months.
Referring yourself does not count: no month is earned when the business has the same company email domain as yours or pays with the same card. Accounts run by Expiro do not take part.
If the business's first payment is disputed, a month that has not been used yet is taken back. We may also withdraw a month that has not been used if it was earned by abusing the programme, and we will tell you why.
Free months have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded.
If you share your link publicly - on a website, in a newsletter or on social media - you must say that you get a reward when someone subscribes through it.
We may change or end the programme by telling account admins by email in advance. Months already earned are honoured.

Two examples:

You pay $19.00 a month for Starter. A business you recommended subscribes: your next invoice is $19.00 lower.
You pay $190.00 a year for Starter. A month is one twelfth of that, $15.83, taken off your next renewal invoice.

9. Limitation of liability

Expiro is provided "as is". Elixon LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
