Plans differ by contract count, users, storage and the monthly SMS allowance: SMS alerts start on Growth 100 a month and Agency 500 a month, and Starter has no SMS allowance. Everything else, the MRR dashboard included, is in every plan.

What we can actually promise

No compliance badges. Each of these is something the product does, and you can hold us to it.

  • Your data is stored in the United Kingdom, and so are the backups
  • The database volume is encrypted at rest, and two-factor secrets are encrypted again with their own key
  • Card details never reach Expiro - Stripe handles payment and holds the card
  • Error reports never carry request bodies, so your contract data cannot leave in a crash report
  • Analytics never sees personal data: a signed-in user is an internal id, a plan and a role
  • You can export everything you have put in - contracts as CSV, the whole account as JSON
  • Deleting your account gives you 30 days to change your mind, then a purge that is monitored like every other scheduled job

Common questions

Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days, no credit card. During the trial you can add as many contracts as you like, with 1 user, 100MB of attachments and 20 SMS alerts a month. When it ends, adding, editing or importing contracts and automatic renewal alerts and the weekly digest stop. Nothing is deleted: you can still sign in, read every contract and export the lot.
What happens when the trial ends?
Two things stop:
  • Adding, editing or importing contracts
  • Automatic renewal alerts and the weekly digest
Everything else carries on:
  • Your contracts, notes, attachments and history stay exactly as they are
  • You can still sign in, view everything and export it as CSV or JSON
  • Your team keeps its access, and the dashboard keeps showing your numbers
Can I change plan later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from the billing page. Changes take effect immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are processed securely - Expiro never stores your card details.
How do I cancel?
From the billing page, anytime. No phone calls, no forms. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
No. The 14-day trial is there so you can judge Expiro before paying, and you can cancel at any time - your access then runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Part months are not refunded.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the United Kingdom (London), encrypted at rest and in transit. Contract attachments sit in London too. Nothing is stored outside the UK.
