The quiet revenue leak

Sound familiar?

The renewal was always going to get handled. Then the quarter got busy, and a paying client quietly walked.

A client churned and you found out late

You meant to send the renewal email. By the time you remembered, they had already signed with someone else.

Lost: a recurring account

Deadlines live in five different places

A spreadsheet, your inbox, a Notion page, a sticky note. None of them tell you what is due this week.

Lost: hours of admin every month

You are the alert system

Every reminder depends on you remembering. That is fine until you take a holiday or land a big new project.

Lost: peace of mind

One missed renewal usually costs more than a whole year of Expiro.

Why I built this

I missed a contract renewal on a client retainer. The contract expired, the client quietly moved on, and I found out three weeks later. The spreadsheet I was using had the date - I just hadn't checked it.

I looked for a tool that would watch the dates and warn me well in advance. Nothing existed that wasn't either a $200/month enterprise platform or a generic project management tool that needed two hours of setup to do what I needed.

So I built Expiro. Simple, focused, does one job well.
